Sara Hamelin joined the ASK Friendship Society Board of Directors in 2024. For over 15 years, Sara has been an accomplished HR leader working for top brands including Norco Bikes (Live to Play Sports), Hootsuite and Starbucks. Sara’s expertise spans leadership coaching, talent management, strategic planning and beyond. Her passion for fostering growth and development led her to pursue training in hypnotherapy, complementing her career in Human Resources. She is known for her ability to connect with individuals and create positive work environments.
Sara joined the Board after serving as her grandmother’s primary caregiver. Through this experience, she developed an appreciation for the support and resources that are essential for both seniors and their caregivers within their communities.
Sara finds joy in outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and camping with her family.
