Meena joined the ASK Friendship Society in 2024 as the Executive Director. At ASK, her role is to provide leadership for ASK Friendship Centre operations and to advance the Society’s strategic priorities with the Board of Directors. Meena has her PhD in Medical Education and Master of Business Administration in Leadership. Meena is deeply committed to fostering a strong sense of community, driven by a genuine passion for uplifting and empowering individuals through meaningful support and engagement and by creating inclusive, compassionate spaces. While Meena is not working, you can find her travelling and spending time with family.
Heidi Lansangan

Heidi joined the ASK Friendship Society in 2024 as the Nurse and Operations Manager. Heidi is a Licensed Practical Nurse with various experiences serving and supporting older adults in the community, retirement home and long-term care home.
Heidi is very compassionate about caring for older adults and always aims to provide the best care possible. When Heidi is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and creating new and tasty dishes/recipes.
