Olivia Phua has broad leadership experience in HR, Change Management, and Communications across global markets. Her expertise revolves around transforming organizations from both a scale-up and M&A / integration perspective, and has successfully led various businesses through over 8 acquisitions from a people and change enablement standpoint. She’s a firm believer in giving back to the communities in which we touch and is passionate about supporting and growing nonprofits to reach and engage more people. Olivia is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
